The Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago is the leading voice of the Human Resource Profession in Trinidad and Tobago

what we do

HRMATT is dedicated to enhancing and facilitating the professional development of our members and fostering the acceptance and recognition of Human Resource Management as an integral part of management practice and decision making in Trinidad and Tobago.

We strive to develop and ensure appropriate standards of excellence in the practice of HRM in T&T and provide opportunities for networking among members. Our organisation serves as a vehicle for establishing linkages with local and international associations with similar and/or related objectives.

As a clearinghouse for matters and issues pertaining to HRM, we provide the impetus for research into issues affecting HRM in Trinidad and Tobago and provide opportunities for discussion, communication and/or publication of useful research data and other information affecting HRM.

We are committed to doing all such things as may be necessary, incidental or conducive to the attainment of our objectives.

Chat-based care is very similar to using WhatsApp except that Wellness Hub is HIPAA & GDPR-compliant with many more features including AI & Metaverse add-ons.

It has become easier for employees to chat from virtually anywhere and at anytime.

Chat-based care does not eliminate in-person care but enhances it.

how does it work?

After employee has accessed the Wellness Hub via the Administrator, they can begin chatting with our care agents.
Employee can search for any articles from an extensive library or start a live chat with an agent.
The agent will assist with finding a care provider or service, book appointments with follow-up and assist with care issues such as medication reminders and more.

payment? insurance? data security?

Payment: Companies or individuals can contact HRMATT for details. There is a small fee per employee per month and discounts for larger companies. No retainer fees are necessary for providers. Employees can pay for services via credit card, ACH or at WiPay and Yooz outlets.

Insurance: Companies can work with HRMATT to determine if your provider will accept health plan claims. Most major insurers accept our claims.

Data Security: Data is encrypted and secured on AWS Servers in North America. Many other features can be discussed with our team.
